Unfortunately my only experience of Mr Surash was when my husband was diagnosed with a brain tumour in March this year and basically the only option was a biopsy and no treatment whatsoever. Nothing at all to help him live even a few more months to get past the Covid-19 lockdown and allow him to see special friends and family members. My husband was only 53 and was sent home to die as if he was worthless! He was my world and I will never forgive this doctor or this hospital for neglecting him and letting him die with absolutely no options! At the time of his diagnosis there were only 19 confirmed cases of Covid-19 in the North East yet that seemed to take priority over anything else. The hospital would not let me be with my husband when he eventually died 5 weeks after finding out about the tumour despite the fact I had been with him until 6am that day and that he was in a separate room. I managed to get there 2 minutes before he died and I will never forgive them for denying us that time together!
